www.immobo.it is the information website of ImmoBo S.r.l., VAT 04181061203. You may browse and make relevant enquiries. Do not use the form for spam, unlawful material, unauthorised access attempts or data about others that you are not entitled to provide.
2. Enquiries and owner services
Submitting an enquiry does not conclude a contract, oblige you to appoint ImmoBo or guarantee acceptance of a proposal. Management arrangements, including fixed rent, are governed by the written contract. Read the actual terms covering property, duration, amounts, payment dates, expenses, responsibilities and guarantees.
3. Stays and bookings
The catalogue and reservations are available on booking.immobo.it. The terms displayed for the individual apartment and channel apply, including cancellation, payments and services. The enquiry form on this website is not a reservation.
4. Information and rights
The blog is informational and identifies dates and sources where relevant. Rules may change and require a case-specific assessment. Contact ImmoBo to reproduce material beyond uses permitted by law. These terms do not restrict mandatory user rights or exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
