The tools we use and how to control your preferences.

The website works without statistics. Scrolling and ordinary browsing are not treated as consent. No advertising cookies are active.
1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files used by your browser. We also use localStorage and sessionStorage; the applicable rules depend on their purpose. Essential tools support the service or a choice you have requested. Statistical tools remain blocked until you consent.

Hosting and security infrastructure may use strictly necessary tools to protect and route requests. Tools on external services such as booking.immobo.it, Casetorri, Instagram and Google Maps are governed by those services’ own notices.
3. Giving, refusing and changing consent
The banner provides Reject, Accept statistics and Customise, together with policy links. Statistics are off by default. Closing with X keeps essential tools only. Refusal is remembered just like acceptance, so the banner is not shown on every page. You can retain essential tools only or enable the statistics category; no advertising category is active.
Use in the footer to change or withdraw the choice with the same ease. Withdrawal stops future statistics and clears related cookies through the website; it does not cancel earlier lawful processing. The preference expires after six calendar months, or a new choice may be requested if it is no longer available on the device or the processing changes materially.
The receipt includes a random identifier, policy version, choice and timestamp, without form entries. You can download your receipt from preferences.
4. Google Analytics
The Google tag loads only after acceptance. Before that, we do not send Analytics requests, including cookieless signals. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Form entries are not included in events. A click to the external catalogue does not measure a completed booking. Refusing Analytics does not prevent use of the form.

5. Browser settings and contact
You can clear or restrict storage in your browser. This can also remove the remembered preference and prompt a new choice. The protected form needs its essential technical tools; if these are blocked, contact us directly.
